  • Welcome on an asparagus farm with an original Walbecker asparagus schnapps
  • Introduction to the secrets of asparagus growing and visit of an asparagus farm
  • Shopping facilities in the farm shop
  • Lunch with us in the Caeciliensaal
  • Guided tour through Walbeck, passing sights and monuments and/or visit of the functioning Steprather Mill
  • Coffee and cake in a Walbecker Hofcafé
  • Possible destinations in the afternoon could be
  • Maasdorf NL-Arcen (distance 5 km; castle gardens and Maas promenade),
  • Pilgrimage town of Kevelaer (8 km; Chapel of Mercy, Basilica, city walk,
  • Lower Rhine Museum of Folklore, coffee and cake),
  • Roman town Xanten (30 km; archaeological park and guided tour),
